Shipping Policy
All orders are filled either on the day of order or the next business day. Shipping will be by Australia Post. The items being shipped are entrusted by seller and buyer alike to the care of the deliverer. We do not take responsibility or suffer liability for loss or damage during transit with any third party. Where shipping to nearby areas is performed by us, we will endeavour to make delivery on the day or the next business day, provided adequate instructions and arrangements for receipt are provided.

Payment on delivery is an option if you select delivery in person. This is available only in the local area of Geleong, Victoria, as shown on the map below.
Return & Exchange Policy
If a product you have purchased from us is faulty, damaged or does not live up to expectations, then you may return the product for a full refund, minus cost of returning it, or you may exchange it for another product. Exchanges for a lesser value product are accepted, with the balance refunded.

All items to be returned must be put in transit within 14 days and be in as-new condition, or there can be neither any refund nor exchange.
